I have three trials of data sets and I am trying to average them all together and plot them into a graph. How do I do it?

The actual approach requires knowing what your data are and how you acquired them. One generic approach is to use the mean function. This works best if they all all the same lengths. I would also calculate the standard deviations (the std function) to use in the event you want to also plot measures of dispersion (such as standard errors or 95% confidence intervals). Remember that the mean is affected by extreme values, so consider the median function as well. Use whatever best describes your data. The documentation for the functions will tell you how to apply them appropriately to your data.
