False negative/positive in what context? Telling us no more than that the signal is random and something vague about false negatives/positives is a meaningless question.

So what exactly are you trying to do? You cannot write code for something where you have no idea for what you want to do. We cannot offer any help on your code when you tell us nothing.

sir i have random signal and i am recovery sparse signal so i am calculating false negative and false positive for my recovery that how many signal is recovered and how many signal is over recovered so for that i want to use false negative and false positive sir i will be very happy if you help me in this issue
