MATLAB switching problem in designing an Active Power Filter

Hi everyone. I am new in MATLAB. I design an Active Power Filter (APF) with constant frequency integration control for single phase application. I having some switching problem. Previously I was using PSCAD software and I achieved a good result with current total harmonic distortion less than 4%. However, in MATLAB I am getting the result but that has a lot of noise or ripple as shown in the figure below.
May I know why this happen and how can I solve it?

This is an attempt to clean up Matlab answers. I realize this answer is too late to be useful for the asker:
For this type of problem, you would need to have provided the model to get a resonse. There is likely something wrong with the implementation of the model or controller in Simulink that isn't obvious and would require viewing the model in detail to find. Both tools are capable of simulating the same types of systems and will provide similar results for the same system if modelled correctly in both tools.
