Matlab filter into simulink filter

I have a filter like this:

dd= fdesign.lowpass('Fp,Fst,Ap,Ast',2000/50e3,2500/50e3,1,25);
%designmethods(d);
d_LPF = design(dd,'butter');
%fvtool(d_LPF)
data_LPF=filter(d_LPF,data_hil_abs);

How do I obtain same thing in simulink?

You can consider using

realizemdl(d_LPF)

and then pass the signal through the generated filter. The doc can be found at
