what are the features/measures for no reference quality analysis of fused images

I have performed image fusion, i want to calculate the quality of fused image with 'no-reference'.what are metrics for quality measure.

There are several non-reference metrics for feature fusion. The widely used ones are the Piella [1], Petrovic [2] and the Feature Mutual Information (FMI) [3,4] metrics. The Matlab code for FMI metric is available here:

sir, i want to ask you one question, please help me.what exactly the reference image in image fusion (ex.CT and MRI)? can we use source image in no-reference quality analysis of fused image? please reply

There is usually no ideal reference image in experimental image fusion; so most of the objective performance measures do not assume using any ground-truth data.

In no-reference metrics, the performance is calculated using two source images and the fused image, measuring the amount of information contained in the source images that has been transferred into the fused image.
