I used the GSSpcWrite to create an SPC file by using data read from a TXT file. The SPC file was created successfully and I was capable of reading and plotting it from Matlab. However, I can’t open that file in any other software like Ominc for example. The x axis is not evenly spaced. When I produced a file with an evenly spaced x axis I could open it in Omnic. Any suggestions to make the unevenly spaced x axis SPCs produced by GSSpcWrite open in Ominc (or other spectral software). Regards

You can do it by interpolation. If it is a 1D problem go through interp1. If it is a 2D go through interp2.
