Hi guys, I would like to controll a fast power supply from simulink in real time. The power supply is connected via TCP/IP and uses SCPI commands for communication. Right now I'm using the "To Instrument" and "Querry Instruments" blocks from Simulink. I'm feeding the "To Instrument" block with a sine wave block (just for testing) and things seem to be working. I only need help with timing.
I would like to send the power supply commands exactly 10 (or 20) times per second. How do I achieve that? Any what if I want to send commands 100.000 times per seconds? How will I know that simulink isn't catching up with real time?
Any help on this topic is more than welcomed, Regards, Marko

Hi Marko, have you figured out how to do what you wanted in your question? I am needing the same thing and have searched everywhere. Many thanks for any help, code or tips.
