Hello Elif, I am assuming that you are seeing this error while using the Add-On manager to include additional toolboxes. As a workaround, please try following the instructions in the following MATLAB Answers link:

which recommends using the MATLAB installer (instead of the Add-on Manager) to add new toolboxes.
