MATLAB COMPATIBILITH WITH Windows 7

Which all version of Matlab are supported in Windows 7 ? Does R2016a work in Windows 7 ? For me it doesn't work. Please help

Windows 7 has been supported since r2009a. With R2016b, Windows 7 SP1 or later is required.
