例としてですが、添付画像のような三次元画像があったとして、光ってる（白い）部分が集まってる場所の密度（閾値以上の合計値？）が知りたいのですが、どのようなコードにすればいいのかわかりません。

The attached image is not 3D. And what are you trying to measure in this image? The bone density? The size of the heart contour?
