Can i make a simulation without adding the RF band and what is the affect of that on the signal if I want to study the effect of multipath fading ?

Simulating without an RF band would correspond to simulating over infinite bandwidth. I do not think that would help you model multipath fading.
It would make more sense to build a simulation in which the RF band for transmission of any one signal was configurable.

I built a ZigBee model over 2.4 GHz in simulink. The last step in the transmitter was an O-QPSK modulator which not allow to add the frequency band , how can I solve this problem ?
