I could swear that I had adjusted the plot layouts in the SISO tool LTI Viewer in the past. It has been a couple of years, but now I cannot seem to make those adjustments. I have attached an image. I would like to change the aspect ratio & arrangement of my plots. Can anyone direct me to the appropriate command or menu?

I understand that you want to change the aspect ratio of your plot.
I found a thread that might be interesting for you:

You an use command line functionality as well:

Hope that helps.

If you are Ok with doing it interactively from the menu, then click on Edit->Plot Configurations There you'll be able to set up the number of subplots, the type of each subplot (bode, step, pzmap, etc).
For aspect ratio you can simply resize the window.
