how to integrate support package of raspberry pi with MATLAB exe

i am creating exe from MATLAB and controlling raspberry pi its working with MATLAB but not working with exe so support package not included in exe how can integrate support package in exe.please mail me if any solutions is there my email is erlokendra.agrawal@gmail.com
