I have a bunch of folders in current directory as shown in figure. I want to hide some of the folders so that when I run my matlab scripts from current directory, it skips the folders that was hided. OR, Is there other way to run only certain folders in current directory?

Right click on one of the folders
Make sure "Indicate Files Not on Path" is checked.
--> Black folder names= included, grey folder names= are not taken into account
