Plot Categorical Data & Excel file

How can you show this in matlab ( graphically) when the values are text not numbers? in my excel sheet I have these on my column A & B & C Column A is participant's Id, Column B is participants Injury , Column C is cause of injury ie:
  • id0 C1 Car accident
  • id1 C1 Sport Injury
  • id2 T2 Car accident
  • id3 T2 Car accident
  • id4 L1 Disease
I wanna show graphically these values. For instance : x axis level of injury ( frequency) and Y axis cause of injury.. I tried this but shows me error
