Hello I am currently in terminal SI, I work on a project of a trolley with an electric assistance and I would like to model it with Matlab. I do some research on my side to try to create each of the elements but I can not seem to link them: /
For the battery I used the example present on MatWorks (https://mathworks.com/help/physmo...d-battery.html) but I do not see how to connect my engine.
I also have a second question in my project I use an engine wheel, the model is it different from a conventional DC motor?

Have you taken a look at the Simscape Driveline hybrid powertrain examples, or the Simscape Electronics kinetic energy recovery example?
I think those examples use a combination of simplified equivalent resistance + lithium ion models, but if you already have/are working on a Simscape model of a lead-acid battery, it would use the same electrical connections to the motors shown in those models.
