polyphase code

Waveforms consisting more than two phases are called polyphase codes. The phase of sub pulse alternate among multiple values rather than 00 and 180 0. The sequence can be written as phi(n)= (2*pi*i*(n-1))/(p^2) Where p is the number of phases, n= 0, 1, 2 …...p2-1 and i= n modulo p
