Any suggestion to this problem?

I want the new script to appear above the MAtLAB command window in R2016 version. I tried docking the editor but the editor appears adjacent to the command window. I want the script to appear above the command window not in separate window. Any suggestions???

Click and drag!
Dock the editor or script, and then click-and-hold on the header/toolbar of that box (called a "tool" in the MATLAB docs), then drag the header/toolbar around. As you move it MATLAB will show different position options. Unclick in the position that you would like. Adjust the divisions by clicking and dragging.
