How can I change the icon for Matlab with another I creat it?

This is not allowed according to the license conditions. See Solution:1-16N4J.
Nevertheless, this topic has been discussed repeatedly in this forum and it is a good idea to use the forum search or Google to find these threads, e.g. Answers: how-to-replace-matlab-icon-from-a-figure.
