How can I calculate moving 3 sec RMS value of a continuous signal in Simulink?

The moving RMS can be taken using the Moving RMS block. The Solver setting for the model has to be set as 'Fixed-step' with Fixed-step size set.
Please refer to the snapshot attached below for an example. The sample time is 0.01, and a Moving RMS block is used to calculate the RMS of the sine wave for 3s.
The documentation link for this block can be found in the following link- https://www.mathworks.com/help/dsp/ref/movingrms.html

I used the Moving RMS block but I get an error. saying that I need a signal specification block before the block
