If I have single column vector from 1 to 54 values as given below and I want to divide this column vector into 6 column vector and store it into a matrix how could I do this?? please try to help me out..

the final answer u want it as a single column vector or u want a multi column vector

for multicolumn array splitting u can use the reshape command in matlab. xi=[1;2;3;4;...;54]; n=6; split=reshape(xi,n,[]);
