Hello, I have problem with Arduino Mega 2560 and Matlab2016a

It was work very good until Yesterday. Now it does not connect with Matlab, When I used with Simulink. Before that I upload the simulink to it and work verygood However, now it seed the com is incorrect or is not found? Any one can help??
