If this is not a homework assignment, I recommend using the function that has been included in MATLAB since release R2015b.
If this is a homework assignment, show what you've tried and ask a specific question about where you're having difficulty and you may receive some suggestions.

Don't post silly question...you can use the community for tough and complex situations. What is there to write a function?
You need to multiply radians with pi/180 to convert. There is also inbuilt function for that rad2deg
