Hello all, I have created the xcel file to store some data from mfile into xcel file using the following:
%create the cell array containing the column headers
columnHeader = {'plotted points', 'area1','area2'};
%write the column headers first
xlswrite('C:\Documents and Settings\ototemp-u\Desktop\myfile.xlsx', columnHeader );
%write the data directly underneath the column headers
xlswrite('C:\Documents and Settings\ototemp-u\Desktop\myfile.xlsx', Z2(record2),'Sheet1','A2');
xlswrite('C:\Documents and Settings\ototemp-u\Desktop\myfile.xlsx', surfacearea_1,'Sheet1','B2');
xlswrite('C:\Documents and Settings\ototemp-u\Desktop\myfile.xlsx', surfacearea_2,'Sheet1','C2');
I have inserted the above code in a matlab program. But the program should open the xcel file automatically when it is executed. Can anyone please help me out.
regards,
