How to launch Matlab runtime using java MatLabEngine (engine.jar) ?

- I have installed mcr 9.3. I have set the path %MATLAB_ROOT%\v93\runtime\win64 in the path variable. I have written a java application using MatlabEngine eng = MatlabEngine.startMatlab();. I am getting an error like "No native library found".
- Then I configured the path " %MATLAB_ROOT%\v93\bin\win64". Now I am getting the error "Unable to launch".
- If I install MATLAB compiler(Full version) and set the path , I am able to run the java program. But using MCR I am not able to run. And in MCR installation, I am not able to find the "engine.jar" file also under "\v93\extern\engines" for java.
Thank you in advance,
