Toggle button background does not change in R2017b

17 views (last 30 days)
Starting in R2017b running on macOS High Sierra, the toggle buttons in a figure does not change background color as they used to do when clicked. As an example the zoom and legend toggle-buttons does not change background color when activated, as seen in the figures below.
Is this intentional behaviour, or a bug? If it is intentional, is it possible to change it back to how it used to work?

Hello Martin,
I did not see this issue on macOS Sierra. I do not believe it to be an intentional design choice.
Have you used R2017b on any other releases of macOS? Or any other releases of MATLAB on High Sierra? Did the issues occur then?

It is the same using R2017a on macOS High Sierra, but R2017a on macOS Sierra used to work fine.

Thanks, Martin. I got a High Sierra machine to test it on, and I saw the same issue. I've let the appropriate team know, and they'll look into a fix for a future release of MATLAB.
Thanks for letting us know!

Is there any news on this bug? It does not seem to be fixed in R2018a for macOS 10.13.3.
