Hello, I want to write several 'fig' files to one text file by using a program in m-file. Does anyone know a how to do it? Thank you.

FIG-Files contain the contents of a figure with all axes, graphics and uicontrols, colors, shading and renderer definition. How could you write this to a text file? While I'm convinced that this is neither possible nor useful, I ask you to explain, what you want to appear in the text file.
[EDITED] To save a figure as FIG file, use hgsave.

If you export your figure as an eps file you will have a text file, but it won't have the renderer definition and you will not be able to "reload" the text file into MATLAB. Are you sure you want a text file?

Hello, my program produces apprx 150 'fig' output and it takes time to get screenshots and paste them on a word file for reporting. Thats why I have been looking for an automatic way to write my .fig outputs directly on a word doc. So do you know an automatic way? Thanks..:)
