Find the coordinates of 2 point in the first images (edge of an object before rotation) using the coordinates of this 2 points in the rotated image

I have a binary image with a specific rotation i want after rotation (horizontal) of the edge of this image if it is possible to determine the coordinates of this 2 points in the edge of the first image (without rotation) using the coordinates of the seconde image. i will be thankful if someone can help me, thank you a lot.
