plot grid

Hi there, How do i set the grid so each grid cell increments by one. example x axes => 0:100. when i plot the grid increments by 5... 0 5 10..etc i want it to be 0 1 2 3 4 5...how do i do that. thnx

Are you sure you want to do that? You won't be able to see the xticklabels even if you make the font really small.

Here is an example with just 0:49

    plot(randn(50,1))
    set(gca,'xtick',0:49);
    set(gca,'fontsize',6); grid on;

If you don't want labels

   plot(randn(100,1))
   set(gca,'xtick',0:99); set(gca,'xticklabel',[]);
   grid on;
