how to increase phased array default far field distance

In Phased Array, the default far field distance is 100 wavelength. How to increase this distance to any distance that is bigger than 100 wavelength? Thanks Chen

The far field assumption means that the directional pattern is only related to the angle, not the distance. The distance simply introduces the propagation loss. Could you share why you need to care about the distance and where did you find the default far field wavelength? I don't recall there is such a setting.

if my array is (say) 100*wavelength (WL) in size, then far-field 100WL is not enough.

I understand, but I don't remember a setting in Phased Array System Toolbox to set it that way. Could you point me to the code/doc that mentions that? Thanks.
