Hello, how do I get support for this,
I do have the same trouble when installing the Ostermiller Circular Buffer, package needed for installation of TI C2000.
I had tried with R2016b and R2017b.

This problem can be caused when using network drives. If your default download directory is on a network drive then download the installer manually to your local hard disk (c:\Work) then run the installer file manually.

Hi, I had the same problem and found a way that worked for me.
Try to run Matlab as administrator (only for the installation) and install the Package via "Add-ons->Get hardware support packages". Worked for me without any problems, after trying a lot of any other tips I found here.
Hope that finally helped.
