Error using VideoReader function

I am using matlab 2017a 64bit in windows 7 ultimate (sp1) 64bit with 32gb ram, nvidia Geforce GTX 1070.

When I run the command:

a=VideoReader('test.mp4');

I get the following error:

Error using VideoReader/init (line 619) Failed to initialize internal resources.

Error in VideoReader (line 172) obj.init(fileName);

Error in VRtest1 (line 1) a=VideoReader('test.mp4');

What would be the solution? I tried some but didn't work. Anyone can help? Thanks in advance.
