How to program math models?

im a master student currently working on my thesis. im dealing with vendor managed inventory and i developed the cost function. now i need to program my math model in matlab in order to optimize it. but so far i have failed to do it. any help will be highly appreciated. equation and notations attached in images.

sorry i couldn't write it effectively. as an example lets say i consider 3 retailer with one vendor. i want to figure out how to define the notations properly. because index for retailer gonna be related with every notation which has index "i". if the question is dumb im sorry for that.

Regardless of whether you think you were able to "write it effectively" it would be useful to see what you've done so far. It's possible that you've completed most of the work and just need a small modification or correction. It's possible your design is inefficient (using lots of variables A1, A2, A3, etc.) and we can offer suggestions on a more efficient alternative. Or it's possible that you're unaware of a function that could greatly simplify your code, and seeing that you're not using it could lead us to tell you that function exists.
