I have installed Matlab 2017. But to simulate circuits from power electronics I am not sure from where RLC branch can be taken. Help me regarding that.

If you are looking for the three-phase RLC block in Simscape Power Systems in 17a or 17b, please see Simscape Components/Passive Devices.
You can also just start typing RLC on the model canvas, and a selection of options from the model library will appear in a list that you can choose from. This is probably the easiest way to find components when you know what you want but aren't sure where it is.
