How to segment an histologic image ?

I'm new on MatLab.

I need to segment this histologic image in 3 distinct colors. So I need to segment the pink, black and the white to then with binary images isolate each one of them in different images.

Can you help me ???

could work well enough, or hierarchical clustering.

Color segmentation can be very difficult. It is usually easier and faster to convert your color image to grayscale and then to an intensity segmentation (e.g. with functions like kmeans).
