I'm trying to import my existing enum defintion file (.m) but import function tells me "0 items were successfully imported."
.m file contains following enum definintions listed below
Simulink.defineIntEnumType('eAlarm', ... {'On','Off','Invalid'}, ... [1;2;3], ... 'Description', 'Alarm state', ... 'DefaultValue', 'Invalid', ... 'HeaderFile', 'Enumerations.h', ... 'DataScope', 'Exported', ... 'AddClassNameToEnumNames', true, ... 'StorageType', 'int16');

Your '*.m' file contains only Enumerated Data type definition.There in no variables created using this Enumerated Data type. That's why it is showing "0 items were successfully imported".
You can import Enumerated Data type into the data dictionary. Refer the link followed. https://in.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/simulink.data.dictionary.importenumtypes.html
