I don't have simpower in my 2017 Matlab

when I downloaded Matlab ( student version ) power library wasn't there. how can I add it ?

To use Simscape Power Systems, you would need the following:
Requires MATLAB
Requires Simulink
Requires Simscape
Does your student license have these products?
