Export to existing excel file in same sheet

My code calculates two required outputs which I can export it to a excel file. After this, I change some values in the code above to get new values. I would like to save the new values to the same old existing file,each time I run the code with new values. Is there any way to perform this?

I'm assuming you're using the xlswrite() command. If you don't change anything about the output file directory or name it should just overwrite the old data with new data. If you specify a sheet and range as well it will definitely overwrite the old data.
