How to adjust exponant with fig size?

Hi everyone, I have make a subplote, now for a Journal need I want to save it with 5 cm height and 13 cm length. Using two different command I have make it given below

For first fig I have used plot command and for second I have used semilogy command. In first Fig 10 to power 10 makes problem and in second the plot is reversied which is also not acceptable. I need help what should I do to get the same fig with clear legend and plot with size height=5 cm and

length= 13 cm. note only focus on subplots 1 and 2 where normalizaton is also not allowed. thanks in advance
