I'm sending UDP packets from xpc target as double , I want to unpack it myself in eclipse , I know that it sends 512 bytes each time and that double is 16 bytes , but how about the header ? how many numbers could it sends each time this way ?

You should allow 28 bytes of headers (including the IP header and the UDP header)
This corresponds to 30 full 16-byte values.
Note: IEEE 754 double precision are 8 bytes each, and there is no standardized 16 byte floating type. A Fixed Point Toolbox number could be 16 bytes though.
