How does Simulink works with Queueing theory formulae for human movement calculations?

I have a project that will simulate user movements of in and out of spaces with a various number of services to find the average of usage and waiting times. May I know, does Simulink works for simulations of the user movements with Queueing theory formulae involvement in finding the average of usage and waiting times?

You can use SimEvents, which supports Queuing theory, with Simulink. To get a little more specific you can look at this example to see how they interact:
