How to make the fixed point in moving path move before the other points?

Huh? I mean, seriously, huh? I'm not saying that you should know the answer. But you surely know how confusing the question is.
When someone asks a very confusing question, that means they are totally confused about what they are trying to do. So explain what you mean here, clearly. Until you can explain the goal of what you are trying to do, to put some context around this, it will be impossible to answer.
Conversely, I have also found that once you have thought out the problem well enough to explain what you need, then turning it into MATLAB is a relatively simple problem. So explain please. Give a small example if possible, then tell what you want to happen.
What is a moving path? What do YOU mean by a fixed point in a moving path? If it is fixed, then why/how/where do you want to move it?

Thank you for your remarks. A moving path is a set of points moving randomly in space to form trajectory ( rectangular path ). Fixed point is not moving point in the centre of rectangular path. My objective: I want first the centre to move in rectangular path then the others point follow that center and form te same shape. This is the simple explication.
