Can Neural Network model train the different, separate data ?

As indicated by the title.

First, the model I am using is NARX which is a dynamic model ;

Second, now I have 4 data which aren't the continuous data, but are in different months

one of them is used to test, the others are used to train the model.

How can I train the NARX to get a accredited model ?
