Need help with EtherCAT communication.

I'm working on EtherCat communication with Beckhoff(EK1100) analog as well as digital IO devices at the same time. I have tried everything that's given in the matlab documentation.
Here are the documents I followed:

Can someone suggest some other options that I should try?
