boot real time kernel on target computer (not speedgoat machine)

2 views (last 30 days)
Hello,
How can I boot my target computer with the real time kernel on a machine that doesn't use autoexec.dat file to boot (it has windows 7). I've tried all the ways: network, usb, cd and Stand alone. Can I download some sort of rt kernel?
Thanks

Hi Jose,
What MATLAB Release are you using? The reason I'm asking is because support for custom target hardware has been removed from Simulink Real-Time in R2018a. Starting from that release, only Speedgoat target machines are supported.
For more information, have a look at www.speedgoat.com and at the Release Notes for Simulink Real-Time.
