please help me how to model superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) device (with inductor) ?. can I use ordinary Inductor which is there in matlab simulink library as SMES?. if no then please tell me the required modifications or modeling in simulink....please help me...

To model SMES would require more components than a simple inductor but that depends about what level of fidelity is needed. There is not a magic solution that would fit everything, it all depends what are the requirements. The model can be electric only or multidomain as well.
