Where can I find which paths are filled |>EXPAND_DIR_NAME<| in TMF

I would like to modify what is written in >EXPAND_DIR_NAME< in my TMF, but could not find it. Can someone help me? I would like to add a generic path inside >EXPAND_DIR_NAME<, for example "$(MyToolboxInstallationFolder)/blocks".
