Change default of 'Output Type' in Import Data GUI to Column Vectors?

When clicking on Import Data under the Home ribbon one gets to select the file (e.g. a csv) one wants to import. Afterwards a preview of the data is displayed and once can choose between Table, Column Vectors, Numeric Matrix etc. for the Output Type. Is there a way to change the default from Table to Column Vectors?
