Simulink Desktop realtime can't install new boad

While I am trying to test the functionality of the simulink desktop real-time library, I create a simple model to display the analog input to a scope. When I set up the analog input to my acquisition card by installing a new board, I encounter the following error messages. I've been trying to research on this topic but nothing much has been found. Will someone help to solve this problem?

The setup of my system: Win7 SP1, 8.78GB left in Storage, Matlab 2015b, Simulink 8.6, Simulink Desktop Real-Time 5.1
