Differences between the graphics obtained through ERPLAB and FIELDTRIP.

I have analyzed some files in MATLAB using the functions of ERPLAB, but the graphics ERPs gran average that I obtain when I plot them in MATLAB are a Little bit different from the graphics that I obtain after making a STUDY in which I have used the same files. Taking into account that I have performed the graphics of the STUDY using the permutation statistic of FIELDTRIP as implemented in EEGLAB. I am wondering, that if in both methods the grand average is computed as the mean value of all the subjects, how these small differences appears.
